This is the home page for K & S Hockey Club. Based in Kingsbridge, South Devon the home pitch is a newly constructed ‘All Weather’ sand pitch based at Kingsbridge Community College.

The club has a ladies team, who play in the Plymouth & District league during the winter season. In the summer months K&S have a mixed team, which play in the Plymouth Summer Mixed Hockey league. Finally the junior section is a new addition, which aims to encourage players from the age of 5.

As a club we work closely and link with the local schools to encourage the development of hockey in school and onto club level. The close link with Kingsbridge Community College shows how England Hockey’s programme for “Club-Schools” links really works within a community and the initiative of our club to grasp this opportunity.

Over the past three years Becky Darke has been a key player and it was with sadness that we said our fair wells as she headed off to University at Cardiff. K&S didn’t want her to leave empty handed, so she was presented with a T-shirt and a cheque to support her sports education at university.
